Prepare all the meals of the week in advance by dedicating a few hours of your Sunday afternoon to filling Tupperware, so you don't have to cook every day.

The principle of batch cooking may not shout "novelty", but it differs from the traditional pre-prepared bowl. In this case, each ingredient is prepared and packaged individually to allow you to combine different elements at each meal. We recommend preparing:
